  • Nicole Biscardi Head Shot

    Nicole Biscardi

    Founder and CEO

    Nicole Biscardi is an educator, consultant, and hospitality industry leader with more than two decades of experience in New York City and abroad. She holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management and an MBA in Finance from Pace University, where she has also served as an adjunct faculty member since 2014, teaching and mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals.

    From 2020 to 2022, Nicole worked on behalf of the NYC Small Business Resource Network, playing a critical role in supporting the city’s economic recovery in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. She personally consulted with more than 1,000 small food and beverage businesses across New York City, developing a deep understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs faced and what it takes to lead through an unprecedented crisis.

    Drawing on her background in food, beverage, and operations, Nicole designs programs, training strategies, and educational tools that help organizations build efficiency, resilience, and long-term growth. As a SHRM-CP certified human resources practitioner, she partners with clients to strengthen workplace culture, develop talent pipelines, and improve employee retention—bringing both expert insights and an unparalleled network of resources to every engagement.

    Luciana Autillo

    Senior Human Resources Specialist

    Luciana Autilio is a Senior Certified Human Resource Specialist with 25 years of operations experience in the hospitality industry. She has held leadership roles at some of New York City’s most notable establishments, including The Plaza Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Gramercy Tavern, Il Buco and Il Buco Alimentari. As Vice President of Learning for Lobster Ink., she developed enterprise training solutions for global clients such as Forbes Travel Guide and Marriott. Luciana founded LRA Hospitality, a successful HR and general advisory firm that partners with businesses across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida. In addition, she has written curriculum for NYU School of Professional Studies and served as an instructor at ICE Culinary Institute. She brings together operational expertise and scalable HR solutions with in-person and digital training programs that elevate performance, ensure compliance, and strengthen service standards across organizations.

    Juan Vargas

    Business and Marketing Consultant

    Juan Vargas holds a dual bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing and is set to complete his MBA in Business Analytics at Pace University in December 2025. From 2022 to 2024, he served as Marketing Director for fashion and beauty eCommerce brands, where he led digital strategy, website design, and platform updates while specializing in email and social media marketing.

    Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Juan engages seamlessly with New York City’s diverse small business community, fostering strong relationships and delivering inclusive marketing solutions. He also leverages data collection, storage, and analysis to optimize targeting for email campaigns and social media outreach.

    A tech-savvy professional, Juan brings expertise in coding, data analysis, content creation, and website development, along with proficiency across a wide range of software and digital tools.
